Spear Islington is for 16-24 year-olds facing a range of challenges who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). Building on the success of the Spear Programme in London, it offers young people in Islington the opportunity to challenge their mindset and improve their work readiness. It gives them a kick start to their career and to finding long-term employment.
